Different Classes of Proteins
#1-Eggs: Proteins are made up from 20 amino acids. 97% of an egg is digestible protein.
#2-Meat: Meat is one of the most obvious protein sources. You can not survive without protein in your diet.
#3-Peanut Butter: Nuts in general are full of good protein and are great for diet and exercising.
#4-Cheese: Cheese is a dairy protein.
#5-Milk: Milk is another example of dairy protein.
